Funding raising for Mid Deeside Day Care Charity hosts local pensioners at the Victory Hall every Wednesday of the year.
The digital room at the Victory Hall makes an idea training venue. Works both for people meeting in person or receiving the training online.
The smart board has a range of collaboration and training applications to choose from.
The hall has hosted winter weddings but with the day light stretching and one month till Spring, the halls surrounding will start to green up and the days will become warmer.

A broad range of the local arts community use the hall, artists and photographers to muscians to martial arts etc. The hall wants to support this creative talent by providing creative spaces.
For example with the new digital meeting room digital performing artists to musiciasn to online businesses can use green screen technology to express their creativity or produce new promotional material.

At the start of 2023 the hall will be offering an upstairs meeting room with modern digital equipment, an interactive large screen computer and office furniture. With the hall arts heritage, there will also be some green screen equipment, to bring a new era of the digital arts opportunities to the hall & community.

The Aboyne & Glen Tanar Memorial Hall are looking to find a part time hall keeper. The immediate tasks and skills required is to do the bookkeeping and manage bookings for the hall. This will involve communicating with local community groups, wedding parties and other exhibition and annual or one off dinner events etc. The bookkeeping will require producing a monthly report to the Halls Trustees. Training will be provided on existing procedures and a computer and office is available to undertake the work.
Hours: Estimated number hours: 6 per week
Budget available: The hourly rate is £11 per hour
Terms of Employment: The person would undertake the role as self employed .
