Aboyne Community Day Saturday 1st July
A fun family day hosted by the Victory Hall, Tennis Club and Bowling Club and many other civic groups in our community.
The morning will focus on wellbeing activities and children games in the hall. Try bowling and tennis during the day or go on a guided walk to learn about the Mills O Aboyne.
The Heritage Society and Aboyne Academy will tell the story of Education in Aboyne.
In the afternoon the hall will be full of music and dance via the Deeside Orchestra, Coup Ceilidh band and school rock band. A BBQ will be hosted on the grass next to the tennis courts.

A night of comedy is coming to the Victory Hall Aboyne on Friday 12rth May 6.30pm. Breakneck Comedy with Paul Riley is hosting the evening.

Public meeting to learn more about much faster local broadband 30th March 2pm at the Hall.
The Hall is a popular wedding venue for those couples wishing to put together their own DIY wedding. They hire in skills in interior design services or get family friends to decorate the hall, this can range from traditional tartan, to a Scottish rainforest to sparkling fairy lights.
The wedding services can be held in the hall but nearby woodlands and the banks of the river Dee have also been used.
Overall, the hall provides a blank canvas to create a wedding experience of your dreams. A full catering kitchen compliments the hall with the options to self cater or hire a range of experienced local caterers.

Now Spring has started the early bulbs are starting to bring colour to Aboyne. Couple more weeks and the Gean, or wild cherry blossom will be start to show. A beautiful time of year for a wedding. The sun is warm and the daylight stretching but still room for an April show or two.
The Digital Meeting Room held a Business GateWay bookkeeping course at the start of this week. Local businesses took part with E3 Aboyne co-hosted the event.
