Charges

Overall the Trustees are striking a balance between keeping charges to the community groups affordable while offering the hall to others at a reasonable rate given the rising energy and other maintenance prices.

The charges shown below are indicative, actual bookings will be confirmed by the hall management in a written emailed acceptance of the booking.

Local rates are for hirers within the AB34 postcode area or with a strong link to the Aboyne & Glentanar area. The hall management reserve the right to accept or decline requests for bookings at local rates.

The maximum occupancy of the entire building is 300.  Hall + Formaston 250. Creator room 45.  Meeting room 14.
